Engineer Job in Plainville, Connecticut

ive been building a studio for five years. Its nearly completed, all im missing is some producers or engineers to fill the space and do work. for 250 a month whoever would like the position will recieve a key and can come and go as they please. The space is about 1600 sq ft, the rooms are massive including the recording booth, and i have plenty of equipment already including computers, software like fl, logic, sonar, pro tools, plus pianos, mpc's, dj consoles, and monitors, and obviosly microphones. There is more than enough room for a band to bring theyre entire setup so if u are in a band this place is prime to rehearse. there is a liqour store and a mini mart downstairs and it is always accessable. this place is a musicians dream i jus cannot maintain running it on my own. any business u bring is ur own. 860 503 ... names chuck please be serious about your craft if u do contact me.
