Good morning. I am needing a P.E. to sign off on a rain water collection sytem for a permit with Caldwell county. Minus the rain barrels and gutters, the system is already designed, plumbed and hooked up inside 2 shipping containers. Our deadline with the county is December 19th. Thank you.
