Conduct business and technical studies. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). Usability testing. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests. Develop, assess, and tailor test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure the quality of software solutions. Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze business and system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Requirements: -Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline OR completion of a college program in computer science is required. -Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. -Strong proficiency in SDLC, Test Life Cycle, Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, Defect Life Cycle, and Defect Tracking. -Extensive experience with testing tools such as Eclipse, Jira, ALM, and Quality Center. -Adept in different phases of testing like Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Migration Testing, Server-side Testing, Database Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End to End Testing (ETE) - Computer and Technology knowledge: Agile, SCRUM, Project Management, Pega, Business intelligence, Cloud, Development and operations (DevOps), Eclipse, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Jenkins, Jira, HP ALM, Qtest, Quality Center, Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce, Shell script, Subversion (SVN), Unix, JavaOS, Servers, Database software, Programming languages, Software development, Spreadsheet, Data analysis software, Java, MS Office, MS Windows, SQL, Mongo DB, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SASS, Python, Apache Tomcat, Manual Testing, Microservices, MS Active Directory, Enterprise Directory Service, Apache Directory, IAM services, MS Visual Studio Code (VS Code), Oracle Database, Postman, Software quality assurance, Teamcenter, Unix Shell Scripting, MS SQL Server, Tosca, SOAP UI, ORPOS, HL7, Mirth Services, ServiceNow. -Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail. -Personal suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Flexibility, Innovation, Analytical, Proactive. -Language: English is required Salary: $38 hourly, 40 hours per week.
