Engineer Job in Crystal Beach, Ontario

We have a large concrete structural Pier that has been around for almost 100 years and it has (2) decks. We plan on having some social events at the Pier 1st deck this summer where people will gather. We would like an opinion on the structural integrety of the upper deck for the people that would be below the concrete upper deck.
