Engineer Job in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania

I need a basic reticle with 4 crosshairs from 30 to 60 yards. The fixed zoom power of the scope is very important so that the scope works properly. I can give you information about how other crossbow scopes work and I can do physical testing with my crossbow and scopes as needed. I basically need a properly spaced drawing of the reticle and I will need to know what power the scope needs to be to have the reticle not be tiny and for the scope to work properly. There is a picture attached of my starting point, the spacing of the lines for 40 50 and 60 will need to be corrected.
