Engineer Job in North Brunswick, New Jersey

Kipcon Inc. – North Brunswick, NJ Kipcon Inc. is a professional engineering consulting firm that specializes in performing inspections of multifamily buildings both during construction and at completion. The purpose of the inspections is to confirm general conformance to the design drawings and specifications and to prepare reports of any identified variations. The primary building types inspected are generally a maximum of 4 stories in height. The ability to read and understand design drawings as well as to to perform field inspections is critical. This includes building envelope details and functioning in regards to moisture infiltration. Ongoing verbal and written communications with multiple clients is a part of this position. The ability to recommend remedial actions for deficiencies found is a plus.
