I played a technical & commercial consultative role by helping customers and prospects over Canada and USA from Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, and Insurance companies through tailored services across the pre-sales cycle, including proofs of concepts (POCs), custom demonstrations, addressing customers’ technical and process inquiries and providing collateral support for SaaS, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects/opportunities.
