Engineer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I am at first glance a jack-of-all-trades. My experience is mostly in offshore Oil and Gas with a bit of manufacturing and industrial reliability and repair work thrown in. I have held many different hats throughout my career and have managed both equipment and people with great success. I have yet to find a position that I did not excel in, I am great at working in small groups or can be self-motivated and work on projects alone. Some of my past projects have included FEA (finite element analysis), 3D modeling, mechanical design, hydraulic system design, pump and rotating equipment reliability, small group leadership, heavy construction, project management, customer interfacing, and databasing. I am very results orientated and goal driven in my work, and never afraid to take on something new or unfamiliar to myself. In the same note, I do not have trouble asking for assistance if an expert is available and I don't believe in reinventing the wheel just for the sake of being bullheaded. Getting the job accomplished in a quick, efficient manner, with excellent results is my main mission when I approach work.
