I am Ernesto B. Ponce de Leon, Jr. 52 yrs old. Presently residing at Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Notre Dame of Marbel University, Philippines on 1992. A masters degree in public administration major in Government administration. I am currently working at the Provincial Government of South Cotabato Philippines as Administrative Officer II since 2008. And had been a Draftsman at the Provincial Engineer's Office since 1994.
