Engineer in Kitchener, Ontario

I’m a tooling designer at Egar Tool and Die right now doing design work and reverse engineering for quality assurance. My experience, skill set and educational background help me realize my passion about tooling design, manufacturing and quality assurance. These processes are about making things feasible, functional, reliable and effective under the control of cost. So my experience and knowledge in tooling and QA could ensure decent process before and after things being made. I enjoy the process of brainstorming and bringing up new ideas to solve problems. It is always good to hear others’ idea and learn from it. Also the designing process requires me to think thoroughly to make it functional and effective. Everybody is working together to get things going. By doing QA and reverse engineering, I’m helping managers to make the right decision on where to improve and how much to modify.
